Refund Policy

Leithal Hits events are run for the 40K community and to raise money for charity. We all know sometimes things come up and life intervenes.

If you have to cancel attendance at one of our events where possible, we’ll try to either refund you or let you roll over a ticket to a future event. If it’s too close to an event, refunds may not be practical.

For Arena, bookings cancelled at least 48 hours in advance can be refunded, or rebooked for a future night.

For RTTs or GTs, if you cancel at least 8 days prior to the event (ie the Friday before for a Saturday event) your ticket can be refunded or transferred to a future event. After this date, your ticket can only be transferred,
